Arteche National Agricultural School (ANAS), represented by VSA II Dr. Renato T. Picaรฑa, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Plan International Pilipinas to provide Bread and Pastry Production NC II training for its beneficiaries.
The agreement was facilitated by Ms. Celesa Chavez, Program Officer, on behalf of Mr. Roy Soledad, Head of the Visayas Support Center for Plan. The training aims to equip beneficiaries with practical skills to improve their livelihoods and daily lives. Also in attendance were Ms. Lorna M. Esto, Campus-in-Charge of ANAS Oras; Ms. Donabelle Abalo of the MSWDO; and ANASโ Partnership and Linkages Focal, Krista Montallana. We celebrate the vision of equipping individuals with knowledge that transforms everyday lives, supported by dedicated partners and organizations like Plan Pilipinas.
